Order preparation for shipment is carried out as follows:

• Orders received before 11:00 within Tbilisi are shipped the same day.
• Orders received after 11:00 are shipped the next day.
• Orders placed on Sunday will be shipped on Monday.

Delivery service time for regions is set at 2 to 3 business days. Orders are delivered from Monday to Saturday. Delivery is not available on Sundays.

Delivery is free across Georgia and courier service costs are covered by the company.
